Dermal fillers

Dermal fillers are one of the most effective ways to rejuvenate your appearance and enhance your natural beauty—without surgery or downtime. Whether you're new to injectables or looking for an experienced provider to fine-tune your look, we’re here to help.

Restore Volume. Refresh Your Look. Reveal Confidence.

Aging is a beautiful process—but sometimes, it brings changes we don’t feel quite ready for. Dermal fillers offer a safe, nonsurgical way to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours so you can feel like you again—refreshed, not overdone.

At RN in the Wild, every filler treatment is designed and performed by Megan Sosnick, MSEL, MSN, RN, PHN, CNL, an experienced medical professional with a precise eye for natural-looking results. Whether you're seeking soft definition or subtle rejuvenation, we’ll build a plan tailored to your goals and facial anatomy.

Popular use cases for Dermal fillers

Fillers are more than just wrinkle-fighters—they’re facial harmonizers. We use them for subtle enhancements and contouring in areas that naturally lose volume with age or simply need a little support.

Popular Areas Treated with Fillers:

  • Cheeks: Restore volume, enhance contour, and lift sagging skin
  • Nasolabial folds: Soften smile lines between the nose and mouth
  • Marionette lines: Reduce downward lines from the corners of the mouth
  • Jawline: Define the lower face for a more sculpted appearance
  • Chin: Improve projection and balance facial proportions
  • Under eyes (tear troughs): Brighten hollow or tired-looking eyes
  • Lips: Add volume, shape, and hydration for a plump, natural pout
  • Temples: Restore youthful fullness to hollowed areas

  • A safe, non-surgical alternative to facial rejuvenation

FAQ

Are dermal fillers painful?

Discomfort is minimal. We use numbing cream and fillers that contain lidocaine to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

How long do dermal fillers last?

It depends on the type of filler and treatment area, but most last between 6 and 18 months. Some deeper fillers may last up to 2 years.

Will I look puffy or overfilled?

Absolutely not. At RN in the Wild, we specialize in natural, subtle enhancements. Megan uses advanced techniques to ensure you still look like you—just refreshed.

What types of dermal fillers do you use, and what are the differences?

We primarily use hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, which are safe, versatile, and reversible. Common HA filler brands include: Juvederm® – Great for adding volume to lips, cheeks, and smoothing deeper lines like nasolabial folds. Known for its smooth texture and long-lasting results. Restylane® – Offers a range of formulations ideal for fine lines, under-eye hollows, lips, and more. Slightly firmer than Juvederm for added definition. Versa™ – A newer HA filler that offers natural results with minimal swelling, ideal for patients who want a very balanced, even outcome. Each brand has several specialized products designed for different areas of the face, and during your consultation, Megan will recommend the best option based on your goals and facial anatomy.
